These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online store and are drawn up in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Code of Obligations, the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to them.

No account is required. When placing an order the buyer provides the personal data necessary to fulfil the order (contact details and delivery address). Personal data is processed only in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are valid at the moment the order is placed and have no fixed period of validity. Despite our best efforts, errors may occur; in such a case we will inform the buyer and allow them to withdraw from the order.

Cash on delivery is currently available; any additional payment methods are shown at checkout.

The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (to the email address provided). From that moment prices and other conditions are binding on both parties.

The provider stores the concluded contract (order) in electronic form. The contract is concluded in Slovenian or English, depending on the buyer's choice.

Delivery is carried out throughout the Republic of Slovenia via contracted delivery partners (Packeta, Express One, Slovenia Post). Delivery time is typically 1–3 working days from order confirmation and depends on the selected delivery method and carrier conditions.

All orders are packed discreetly. The outside of the parcel does not show product names or the shop name.

In accordance with Article 43 of ZVPot-1, the consumer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without giving any reason. The withdrawal notice may be sent to info@kamagra-trgovina.si.

The buyer returns the goods undamaged and in unchanged quantity. The provider refunds received payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment (unless expressly agreed otherwise).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications, perishable goods, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

The buyer may exercise their rights arising from a material defect if they notify the provider within two months of the day the defect was discovered. The provider is not liable for material defects that appear more than two years after the goods were delivered.

Complaints may be sent to info@kamagra-trgovina.si. Handling is confidential.

In accordance with applicable law, the provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve consumer disputes.

Consumers have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and ZVOP-2. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
